Abstract

Craniopharyngioma is o«e of the most common brain tumor in childhood, with characteristic computed tomographic findings, that is, calcllicatioix, contrast enhancement, and cyst formation. Sharp margins associated with a hypodtettse centrum usually characterize the CT appearance of a cystic tumor.

The authors report a case of giant cyatte cranipharyngioma in a 22 ^ear-old male patient, presenting as isodense "solid" tumor to the GT.
