Potassium Cyanide 중독에 의한 Parkinsonism 1예 보고

Abstract

Cayanide-induced parkinsonism is very rare. The authors presented a 37 year old man who developed intractable parkinsonian symptoms 5 days later after the recovery of acute cyanide intoxication. Brain CT scan showed bilateral, symmetrical, triangular shaped, non-enhancing, focal low densities in basal ganlia especially putamen and mild ventricular enlargement and cerebella atrophy.
