Eisenmenger증후군을 가진 환자의 폐기능에 관한 연구

Abstract

To evaluate the changes of pulmonary function in association with the combination of pulmonary blood flow and pulmonary hypertension, we performed the pulmonary function test in five patients with Eisenmenger syndrome. One male and 4 female patients were studied. All patients were aged 16 to 24 years. The range of pulmonary artery prtery pressure were 104 mmHg to 123 mmHg. Theratio of pulmonary blood flow to systemic flow were 0.41 to 1.19. FVC(1.92±0.74 L, 63.8% of normal predicted), FEV₁(1.54±0.73 L, 58.8%), FEF25%-75%(1.41±0.91 L/sec, 35.0%), FEF25%(3.62±1.75 L/sec, 56.67%), FEF50%(1.77±1.03 L/sec, 37.5%), FEF75%(0.88%±0.60 L/sec, 31.5%), VC(2.06±0.64 L, 58.4%), and TLC(3.31±0.83 L, 71.6%)were decreased(p<0.05). So patients with Eisenmenger syndrome had obstructive and restrictive ventilatory defect.
