흰쥐 재생간의 Cholinesterase의 활성도

Abstract

This study was intended to investigate the changes of serum and regenerating liver cholinesterase activities after 70% (median and lateral lobes) partial hepatecomy in rats. The activity of cytosolic cholinesterase in the regenerating rat liver significantly decreased between the twelfth hour and the first day after partial hepatectmy. The mitochondrial and microsomal cholinesterase activities in regenerating rat liver showed a striking decrease from twelve hours, one and two days after partial hepatectomy. And that of serum cholinesterase also showed marked decrease between the twelfith hour and the first day after operation.
