기관지 내시경 절제술로써 제거한 주 기관지내 평활근동 1례

Abstract

Leiomyoma of the bronchus is a very rare benign tumor of the lung. Most endobronchial leiomyomas have been treated by lobectomy or pneumonectomy because of their chronic infection or advanced parenchymal destruction. We report a case of endobronchial leiomyoma originated in the left main bronchus, removed by bronchoscopic LASER tumor resection which is useful for sparing lung parenchyme without any complication.
