Abstract
Subdural catheterization is a rare complication of epidural anesthesia. Radiologic imaging is considered as reliable method for diagnosis of subdural injection. “Rail-road tract”is the typical finding of subdural injection. However, we experienced atypical radiologic finding, so called “sausage-shape”of subdural catheterization by using fluoroscopy, therefore, we could prevent side effects of subdural block.
