Abstract
CaSO4: Dy thermoluminescent phosphor has been prepared by sintering the SaSO4 after doping the rare earth element Dy. Three peaks are found in the measured CaSO4 : Dy TL glow curve at 110℃, 158℃, and 235℃ when the heating rate is 5.4℃/ses. The peak at 235℃ is the most sensitive to gamma rays among the glow peaks.
