Abstract
Background : Radiofrequency(RF) catheter ablation is the choice of treatmetn of refractory supraventricular tachycardia.
Method : Echocardiogram underwent 1 day before and within 3 days after RF catheter ablation.
Result : New echocardiographic abnormalities were observed in 4(5.4%) among 73 patients.
Conclusion : We concluded that echocardiographic changes after radiofrequency ablation are rare and of minor significance.
