원위 요척 관절 탈구를 동반한 주상골 경유 후방 월상골 주위 탈구 - 증례 보고 -

Abstract

Dorsal perilunar dislocations are rare traumatic entities. Associated fractures such as carpal bones and radial styloid processes can occur. However, the dorsal perilunar dislocation associated with dislocation of distal radioulnar joint is extremely rare. The authors herein report the case of a 34-year-old man who was presented with transscaphoidal perilunar dislocation which is associated with dislocation of distal radioulnar joint. 후방 월상골 주위 탈구는 드문 수부 외상 중 하나로, 주상골을 포함한 수근골 골절 또는 요골 경상 돌기 골절 등을 동반할 수 있다. 그러나 원위 요척 관절 탈구가 동반된 후방 월상골 주위 탈구는 극히 드물다. 이에 저자들은 34세의 원위 요척 관절 탈구가 동반된 주상골 경유 후방 월상골 주위 탈구 1예를 경험하였기에 보고한다. 색인 단어: 월상골, 주상골, 원위 요척 관절, 탈구
