신이식후 발생한 신발성 ( De Novo ) 막증식성 사구체신염 1 예

Abstract

Three major types of glomerular changes have been described in human kidney allografts: transplant glomerulopathy, recurrent glomerulonephritis, de novo glomerulonephritis. De novo glomerulonephritis in the graft is an uncommon complication of renal transplantation and the most common histologic type is membranous glomerulonephritis. To the best of out knowledge, only two cases of de novo membrano-proliferative glomerulonephritis have been reported.

On this paper, we are reporting the third case of de novo membrano-proliferative glomerulonephritis in a 39 year old male patient with previous polycystic kidney disease. 4 f)°J : el^ ^t^iDe Novo) ^ 4^*11^ HI- Key Words: De novo glomerulonephritis, Membrano-proliferative glomerulonephritis, Renal transplantation.

신이식후 원인신질환과 상이한 신발성(de novo) 사구체신염의 발생은 매우 드물며, 이 경우 병리학적 유형은 대부분이 막성신염에 의한다. 저자들은 다낭종신으로 신장이식을 받았던 39세 skaawk 환자에 있어서 신이식 29개월후에 발생된 세계적으로 보고가 드문 신발성 막중식성 사구체신염 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.
