저자들은 64세 여자환자에서 장골의 고립성 골형질세 포종으로 5,400cGy 의 국소방사선조사를 실시한 3개월 후에 심한 골동통, 과칼슘혈증으로 내원하였으며, 다발 성의 골용해성병변, 골수외 형질세포종, M- 단백의 생성 그리고 자기공명촬영상 골수침습소견 등 급격하게 다발 성 골수종으로 진행된 매우 드문 예를 경험하였기에 문 헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
