크론씨병에 동반된 속발성 신아밀로이드증

Abstract

Secondary amyloidosis is characterized by accumulation of an amorphous proteineous material in the various tissue and orgrans with infectious or inflammatory disease. Renal amyloidosis in Crohn's disease is a rare condition with proteinuria in the most cases and serious clinical complication due to the unfavorable prognosis. We are reporting a case of secondary renal amyloidosis in a 30-year old man with Crohn's disease presenting with nephrotic syndrome and renal failue.(Korean J Med 70:309-312, 2006) Key Words : Renal amyloidosis, Crohn's disease

아밀로이드증은 amyloid라는 불용성 단백질이 여러 조직에 침착되어 장기의 기능장애를 초래하는 질환이다. 속발성 아밀로이드증은 골수염, 결핵, 류마티스 관절염, 크론씨병 등 염증성 장질환, familial Mediterranean fever 등의 만성 감염에 흔히 동반된다. 저자들은 5년간 크론씨병을 앓고 있던 30세 남자 환자에서 신생검을 통 해 확진된 신아밀로이드증 1예를 보고하는 바이다. 색인 단어 : 신아밀로이드증, 크론씨병
