폐모세포종 2 예

Abstract

Pulmonary blastoma is a rare lung tumor composed of immature mesenchyme and/or epithelium that morphologically mimics embryonal pulmonary structure, which tend to relapse locally and metastasis. 폐모세포종은 미숙한 간엽세포 혹은 상피세포로 구 성된 종양으로 국소석인 재발과 전이가 잘되는 경향율 보이는 매우 드문 종양이다. 최근 저자들은 육아종성 변화가 없는 상피성변종 폐모세포종(WDFA) 1예와 상피세포 및 중간세포로 구성된 이상성 폐모세포종 1 예를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다.
