소아 외상성췌장가성낭종의 경피적 카테터 배액 -증례 보고-

Abstract

The most common cause of pancreatic pseudocyst in children is blunt abdominal trauma. Treatment options have included observation, external drainage, internal drainage, excision and more recently percutaneous catheter drainage. Due to the reported success of percutaneous drainage, we used this method in a 8 — year—old boy with traumtic pancreatic pseudocyst and obtained a dramatic relief of symptoms with normalized serum amylase level. We think percutaneous catheter drainage of the pancreatic pseudocyst is considered as a primary treatment method in children.
