dc.description.abstract연구목적 : 본 연구는 정신간호사를 대상으로 공감역량의 정도와 감성지능과 전문직 자아개념이 공감역량에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 연구대상자는 대학병원 정신의학과 병동과 정신전문병원에 근무하는 정신간호사 180명이었다. 자료는 2018년 6월 1일부터 7월 25일까지 구조화된 자가 보고식 설문지를 사용하여 수집되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 분석 하였으며 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Peason's correlation coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression analysis를 사용하였다. 연구결과 : 정신간호사의 공감역량 수준은 5점 만점에 3.72점이었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 공감역량은 연령(F=3.31, p=.021), 결혼상태(F=4.12, p=.017), 최종학력(F=5.46, p=.005), 임상경력(F=6.26, p=.002), 근무형태(F=4.69, p=.010), 급여(F=3.48, p=.033), 현 직위(F=4.66, p=.011), 자격증 유무(t=-2.23, p=.023), 공감교육경험(t=3.32, p=.001), 근무지(t=-2.46, p=.015)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 공감역량은 감성지능(r=.63, p<.001), 전문직 자아개념(r=.57, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 단계적 회귀분석 결과, 공감역량에 영향을 미치는 요인은 감성지능(β=.44, p<.001), 전문직 자아개념(β=.28, p<.001), 근무지(β=.16, p=.005), 임상경력(β=.15, p=.010)으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 공감역량에 대한 설명력은 49.3%이었다. 결론 : 정신간호사의 공감역량 증진을 위해서는 감성지능을 향상시키고 전문직 자아개념을 강화하는 것이 요구된다. 또한 공감간호 실천을 위한 기관 차원의 지원을 확대하는 방안이 필요하다.-
dc.description.abstractPurpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of compassion competence and the influence of emotional intelligence, professional self-concept on the compassion competence in psychiatric nurses.Method : The participants were 180 psychiatric nurses working at psychiatric ward in university hospitals and psychiatry specialized hospitals. Data were collected using structured self-report questionnaires from June 1st, 2018 to July 25th, 2018 and analysed using descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS/Win 24.0 program.Result : The mean score for compassion competence in psychiatric nurses was 3.72 out of 5 points. Compassion competence significantly differed by age (F=3.31, p=.021), marital status (F=4.12, p=.017), educational background (F=5.46, p=.005), clinical career (F=6.26, p=.002), type of duty (F=4.69, p=.010), salary (F=3.48, p=.033), current position (F=4.66, p=.011), qualification (t=-2.23, p=.023), compassion education experience (t=3.32, p=.001) and workplace (t=-2.46, p=.015). The compassion competence of psychiatric nurses was positively correlated with professional self-concept (r=.57, p<.001) and emotional intelligence (r=.63, p<.001). The significant predictors of compassion competence were emotional intelligence (β=.44, p<.001), professional self–concept (β=.28, p<.001), workplace (β=.16, p=.005), and clinical career (β=.15, p=.010). The explanatory power of these factors was 49.3% of the variance.Conclusion : In order to enhance the compassion competence of psychiatric nurses, it is required to improve emotional intelligence and strengthen professional self-concept. The political efforts of organizations supporting compassionate nursing practice is also necessary.-
