아동간호사의 직무스트레스 영향 요인: 피로와 환아 부모와의파트너십 중심으로

Abstract

This study was to identify the factors affecting job stress among pediatric nurses. The data was collected from September 14 to September 30, 2022. The subjects were 135 pediatric nurses working at general hospitals, and tertiary hospitals located in Daegu city. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Dunnett T3 test, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise regression analysis, using the SPSS version 27.0 statistical program. The results of this study were as follows. First, the mean score for job stress was 2.33 out of 4 points. Age (F=2.08, p=.001) and total clinical experience (F=6.77, p=.002) were significant variables on job stress. Second, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between job stress and fatigue (r=.31, p<.001). Third, factors affecting the job stress of pediatric nurses were the age below 25 (β=-.43, p<.001), the age of 26 to 30 (β=-.19, p=.034), and fatigue (β=.38, p<.001). This regression model is statistically significant (F=14.09, p<.001), which explains 23%. These results signify the job stress of senior pediatric nurses is high. It should be considered not only junior pediatric nurses’ stress but also senior pediatric nurses’stress. And it suggests that nursing management strategies to decrease fatigue are critical to decreasing job stress for pediatric nurses.

본 연구는 아동간호사의 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 연구이다. 2022년 9월 14일부터 2022년 9월 30일까지 대구광역시에 소재한 상급종합병원 4곳, 종합병원 3곳에서 근무하는 아동간호사 135명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS statistics 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Dunnett T3 test, Pearson’s correlation, stepwise regression analysis로 수행되었으며, 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구결과 대상자의 직무스트레스는 4점 만점에 평균 2.33점이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 직무스트레스의 차이는 연령(F=2.08, p=.001)과 총 임상경력(F=6.77, p=.002)이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대상자의 직무스트레스와 변수들 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 직무스트레스와 피로는 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.31, p<.001). 단계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 대상자의 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연령이 25세 이하일 경우(β=-.43, p<.001), 26세에서 30세일 경우(β=-.19, p=.034)와 피로(β=.38, p<.001)로 나타났다. 회귀모형은 유의하였으며(F=14.09, p<.001), 모형의 설명력은 총 23%이었다. 본 연구에 따르면 경력 아동간호사의 직무스트레스가 높게 나타나므로, 신규 아동간호사뿐만 아니라 경력 아동간호사의 스트레스 또한 고려되어야 할 것이다. 또한 아동간호사의 직무스트레스를 줄이기 위해 피로를 줄일 수 있는 중재 프로그램 개발과 적용이 필요할 것이다.
