운동장애성 소화불량 환자에서 Dual - Head Gamma Camera 를 이용한 고형식의 위배출 연구

Abstract

Objectives : The present study was performed to evaluate gastric emptying delay of solids using a dual-head gamma camera in patient with dysmotility-like functional dyspepsia.

Methods : 75 patients with dysmotility-like functional dyspepsia and 30 healthy volunteers were studied gastric emptying of solids using a ADAC dual-head gamma camera.

Results : The mean gastric emptying time (Tl/ 2) was 74.6 ±17.6 min in normal controls. Delayed

gastric emptying defined as the time above 92.2 minutes, when it was defined as the value above mean+lSD of normal controls. There was no significant difference in gastric emptying time between dysmotility-like functional dyspepsia (66.9± 19.6min) and normal cotro)s(74.6± 17.6min)(p>0.05). A gastric emptying delay was observed in 9% (7 cases) of 75 patients with dysmotility-like functional dyspepsia.

Conclusion : The present study revealed a few incidence of delayed gastric emptying in patients with dysmotility-like functional dyspepsia, which resulted from a wide range of normal controls, and the need for study of gastrointestinal dysmotility and dysperception besides a gastric emptying delay. - 2] 2?1: S-^olW iSRif^ Dual-Head Gamma Camera* a^e] - Key Words : Dysmotility-like functional dyspepsia, Gastric emptying, Dual-head gamma camera

목 적 ： 소화관 운동장애와 관련있다고 알려진 운동 장애성 소화불량 환자에서 고형식의 위배출시간올 측 정하고 그 지연빈도툴 알기 위해서이다.

방 법 : 1993년8월부터 1994년 8월까지 계명대학 교 동산의료원에 내원한 운동장애성 소화불량 환자 75명과 정상 대조군 20명올 대상으로 하여 Dual-Head Gamma Camera롤 이용해 고형식에 대한 위배출능올 조사하였다.

결과: 정상 대조군의 위배출 반감기는 74±17.6분이었고 위배출 시간의 지연올 mean+1SD이상으로 정의할때 위배출 반감기가 92.2분이상이었다. 위배출 반감기는 운동장애성 소화불량 환자군에서는66.9±19.6분으로 정상 대조군의 74.6±17.6분과 유의한 차 이는 없었다(p>0.05). 운동장애성 소화불량 환자에서 위배출 시간의 지연은 단지 9%(7명)에서 관찰되었다.

결 론 ： 운동장애서 소화불량 환자에서 위배출지연 빈도는 아주 낮은 것으로 밝혀졌으며 이는 정상군의 위배출시간 범위가 넓은 것에 기인하며, 따라서 위배 출지연 외의 소화관 운동장애와 지각장애에 대한 연구 가 더 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
