- Abstract
- This is a case study of tuberous sclerosis, which was suspected by the detection of intracardiac tumors with prenatal ultrasound. Tuberous sclerosis was subsequently confirmed by the brain CT and MRI which revealed multiple subependymal nodules in the lateral ventricles. The infantile spasm was developed at 4 month-old and treated successfully which the Vigabatrin. Cardiac rhabdomyoma visible early on echocardiography means high risk of tuberous sclerosis, and warrants thorough investigation.
저자들은 출생전 초음파 검사로 심장내 종양이 탐지되었던 결절성 경화증 1례를 문헌 고찰과 함꼐 보고하는 바이다.
