This is a case study of tuberous sclerosis, which was suspected by the detection of intracardiac tumors with prenatal ultrasound. Tuberous sclerosis was subsequently confirmed by the brain CT and MRI which revealed multiple subependymal nodules in the lateral ventricles. The infantile spasm was developed at 4 month-old and treated successfully which the Vigabatrin. Cardiac rhabdomyoma visible early on echocardiography means high risk of tuberous sclerosis, and warrants thorough investigation.
