부인암 환자의 생존단계별 건강증진행위, 외상 후 성장 및 삶의 질 비교

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain basic data for developing the quality of life and to aid the development of nursing intervention for health promotion by identifying health promotion behavior, post-traumatic growth and quality of life, in gynecological cancer patients' stages of survivorship. Data were collected from August 1st, 2011 to September 31st 2011 from 142 gynecologic cancer patients who completed treatment or are still being regularly treated at an out-patient clinic in D-hospital in Daegu through organized questionnaires. The research instrument was the Health Promoting scale, for unique cancers from the Korea National Cancer Center(PTGI-scale), for Korean unique cancers (C-QOL). Data were analyzed through SPSS/WIN 17.0 program which includes Frequency, Percentage, Means, SD, x2-test, ANCOVA, Tukeys’s HSD, and Pearson's correlation coefficients.

본 연구는 부인암 환자의 생존단계별 건강증진행위와 외상 후 성장 및 삶의 질 정도를 파악하여 부인암 환자의 건강증진을 위한 간호중재 개발과 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 얻으려는 목적으로 시도된 비교 조사 연구이다. 연구 대상자는 2011년 8월 1일에서 9월 31일까지 대구 D병원 대학병원에서 부인암으로 진단받고 산부인과 외래를 통해 치료를 받고 있거나 치료가 완료된 상태로 추후검진을 받고 있는 부인암 환자 142명으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료수집하였다. 연구도구는 건강증진행위 도구, 외상 후 성장 도구를 사용하였고, 삶의 질은 한국 암 특이형 삶의 질(C-QOL)도구를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 17.0 Program을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, x2-test, ANCOVA, Tukey HSD, Pearson’s correlation coefficients로 분석하였다.
