요도판의 조직학적 연구 : 음경굴곡에 관하여

Abstract

요도판의 조직학적 소견을 관찰하고자 후부 요도하열 환자 5례에서 요도판 전층 조직을 채취, 광학 및 전자현미경을 이용하여 연구하였다. 전례에서 음경굴곡을 유발할 만한 조직학적 소견은 찾아볼 수 없었다. We defined the histology of the urethral plate in hypospadias. Full thickness biopsies of the urethral plate were obtained in 5 patients with proximal hypospadias. Specimens were examined with light and transmission electron microscope. There was no histological evidence of fibrous cord historically considered responsible for ventral penile curvature.
