일부 대구지역의 공무원 및 사립학교 교원을 대상으로 한 집단건강진단에서 본 치아우식 및 치주염에 관한 조사

- Abstract
- Authors in investigated about dental condition for 3862 people (Male 2506, Female 1356) who were received the routine health examination of public officiers and school personnels in private school which conducted in 1986. Dental caries rate for all of the investigated was 30.6%, and 29.8% in male, 30.6% in female in average. Number of dental caries per person of all of the investigated was number of 2.15, and number of 1.99 in male, number of 2.41 in female in average. Dental caries rate was decreased according to more aging as follows : 37.4%, 31.3%, 26.5%, and 24.6% in male and female aged 20-29, 30-39, 40-49 and 50-59 years. While, periodontitis rate was increased according to more aging as follows : 44.5% ,76.0%, 92.7% and 90.3% in male aged 20-29, 30-39, 40-49 and 50-59 years. This study revealed a significant difference(p<0.01) between 34.4% of periodontitis and 19.6% of non-periodontitis in persons with caries, and periodontitis rate was 1.8 times higher than non-periodontitis rate. Periodontitis rate for all of the investigated was 74.2% and 83.8% in male, 56.2% in female. Those who are over 111mg/dl of high blood glucose were 4.4 % in male , 1.2% in female with periodontitis and 4.9% in male, 1.3% in female with non-peridontitis but showed non-significance between them.
