회장-회장 장중첩을 유발한 염증성 섬유성용종 1례

Abstract

요 약 염증성 섬유성용종은 비종양성 증식으로 매우 드문 양성질환이다. 발생가설은 국소적 손상에 따른 비후성 조직반응으로 생각되고 있으며 정확한 원인은 밝혀져 있지 않다. 소장의 염증성 섬유성용종의 주증상은 복통과 구토를 동반하는 장중첩과 장폐색이며 장중첩에 의한 장폐색의 원인에 드문 질환이지만 염증성 섬유성용종의 가능성을 고려하여야 하겠다. 또한 분명한 양성질환이므로 악성종양과 감별되어야 하며 수술은 병변의 국소절제로 국한하여야 하겠다.

The inflammatory fibroid polyp of the small bowel producing ileo—ileal intussusception is a rare disease entity. We present herein a case of inflammatory fibroid polyp arising from the distal ileum which resulted in the ileo-ileal intussusception. We also reviewed the literatures in this field, especially in reference to characteristic features of the inflammatory fibroid polyp as well as its radiological aspects.
