부이하선에서 발생한 선천성 침샘 누공 1예

Abstract

We experienced a case of congenital fistula originated from accessory parotid gland of a 2 year-old-male patient. The patient underwent fistulectomy with accessory parotidectomy through middle cheek incision. Histologic examination revealed the salivary gland with fistulous duct. To the best of our knowledge only 3 previous cases of congenital accessory parotid gland fistula have been reported in Korean literature. Therefore we report this case with a literature review.
