- Abstract
- Internal carotid artery (ICA) agenesis is an
infrequent vascular anomaly, less than 0.01 % of the
population. Here we report a case of internal carotid
agenesis with a rare collateral pathway, via supraclinoid
ICA anastomosis to the contralateral supraclinoid
ICA.
