청소년기 외상경험과 자살생각 관계에서 자기존중감의 조절효과

Abstract

The purpose cf this study is to identify the effect qf self-esteem as a mediating role qf suicidal thought from the traumatic experience in adolescence. This was a descriptive and correlational study in which 205 undergraduates took part. The results were as follows: First，there were significant correlations between traumatic experiences and suicidal thought in adolescence. Traumatic experiences consisted qf physical abuse，psychological abuse，physical neglect and emotional neglect. Second，we could confirm that self-esteem had moderating effects qf control on the relationship between the suicidal thought and adolescent trauma-physical abuse，psychological abuse and neglect. The current findings suggest that suicidal thought may be reduced through the counselling programs to help improve students' self-esteem in the school Key Words: 자기존중감(Self-esteem), 외상경험(Trauma), 자살생각(Suicidal thought)
