- Abstract
- Tacrolimus (FK-506) has shown potent immunosuppressive activity both in vitro and in vivo.¹,² Previous clinical trials in Japan, Europe, and the United States suggest that tacrolimus is an effective primary immunosuppressive agent in kidney transplantation3-5 The present retrospective, nonrandomized single-center study was performed to confirm the efficacy and safety of tacrolimus as a primary immunosuppressive agent in kidney transplantation.
