A 61-Year-Old Man With Dyspnea

Abstract

A 61-year-old man presented to the outpatient clinic with dyspnea. The patient reported a 2-week history of dry cough and mild dyspnea with chills and night sweats. He had been given a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus 5 years previously. He had a smok­ing history of >30 years, but had stopped smoking 10 years previous.
