Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates containing the blaIMP-6 gene were recovered from 5 patients hospitalized at a tertiary-care hospital in Korea. The blaIMP-6 gene was in a class 1 integron containing 5 different insert gene cassettes. All of the isolates showed identical pattern in SpeI macrorestriction analysis.
