- Abstract
- Dextrocardia with situs solitus means that congenital right-sided heart, but both the aortic knob and the gastric bubble are on the left side [1]. Although this abnormality is very frequently associated with other congenital heart disease [1], it is very rare to be combined with atrioventricular nodal re-entrant tachycardia (AVNRT). In this letter, we present a patient with situs solitus dextrocardia combined with AVNRT, who were successfully treated by radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA).
