혈액은행검사 신빙도조사 결과보고(2000)

Abstract

Surveys for external quality assessment in blood banktests were carried out in 2000. The response rate was 84.1% for 1st trial, 90.9% for 2nd trial, and 93.8% for 3rd trial. Test items were ABO grouping, Rho(D) typing, cross-matching, direct antiglobulin test, antibody screening and identification test. The average accuracy rates of ABO grouping was 99.8%. The accuracy rates of Rho(D) typing were 99.9% for positive samples and 99.5% for negative samples. The average accuracy rates of cross-matching were 97.0% for compatible samples and 93.8% for incompatible samples, 78.2% for incompatible samples which could be detected by saline method, 80.3% by 37℃ albumin and 83.3% by antiglobulin method. The accuracy rates of direct antiglobulintest were 97.8% for negative samples and 90.6% for positive samples. The accuracy rates of antibody screening and identification tests were 99.7% for negative samples and 98.3% for positive samples.

2000년 혈액은행 신빙도 조사의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 1. 기관은 1, 2, 3차 각각 317, 330, 330 기관으로 검체 발송 기관에 대비한 회신율이 각각 84.1, 90.9%, 93.8%였으며 평가 종목은 ABO, RHo(D) 혈액형, 교처적합시험, 직접 항글로불린 검사, 항체 선별 및 동정 검사였다. 2. ABO 혈액형 검사의 평균 정답률은 99.8%였다. 3. Rho(D)양성 검체에 대한 평균정답률은 99.9%였으며 음성 검체에 대한평균 정답률은 99.5%였다. 4. 교차적합시험 결과 정답률은 적합 검체에서 평균 97.0%, 부적합 검체의 평균 정답률은 93.8%였는데 단계별로 실온식염수법에서 평균 78.2%, 알부민법에 서 80.3%, 항글로불린법 에서 83.3%였다. 5. 직접 항글로불린 검사 결과정답률이 음성 검체에 대 하여는 평균 97.8%였고 양성 검체는 90.6%였다.. 6. 항체 선별 검사와 동정검사의 정답률은 각각 99.7%, 98.3%였다.
