혈액은행검사 신빙도조사 결과보고(2001)

Abstract

We analyzed the results of surveys for external quality assessment of blood bank tests, which were carried out in 2001. Response rates for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd trial were 91.7%, 91.8% and 92.6%, respectively. Test items for the surveys were ABO grouping, Rh(D) typing, crossmatching, direct antiglobulin test, antibody screening and identification test. Both of the average accuracy rates of ABO grouping and Rh typing were 99.9%. In crossmatching test, the accuracy rates were 94.3-99.7% for the compatible samples, 73.7-99.7% for the incompatible samples, 88.0% for the samples which were incompatible in albumin phase, and 73.7% for the samples which could be detected as incompatible only by antiglobulin method. The accuracy rates of direct antiglobulin test were 97.5-99.6% for negative samples and 93.0-97.1% for positive samples. The correct results were reported by 97.2-100% of the surveyed institutions for antibody screening test and 80.0-100% for identification test.

2001년에 시행된 혈액은행신빙도 조사의 결과는 다음 과 같았다. 1. 참여기관은 1차에 362기관, 2차에 365기관, 3차에 366기관으로 검체 발송기관에 대비한 회신율이 각각 91.7%, 91.8%, 및 92.6%로 전년보다 다소 증가하였다. 평가 종목은 ABO 혈액형 검사, Rh(D) 혈액형 검사, 교차적합시험검사, 직접항글로불린 검사, 비예기항체 선별검사 및 동정검사 등 6가지였다. 2. ABO 혈액형 검사의 평균 정답율은 99.9%였다. 3. Rh(D) 혈액형 검사의 평균 정답율은 99.9%였다. 4. 교차적합시험에서는 적합검체의 정답율이 94.3-99.7%였고 부적합 검체의 정답율이 73.7-99.7%였다. 알부민법부터 부적합이었던 검체의 경우는 88.0%, 항글로불린법에서만 부적합인 검체의 경우는 73.7%의 정답율을 나타냈다. 5. 직접항글로불린 검사 결과가 음성이었던 검체에 대한 정 답율은 97.5-99.6%였고, 양성 검체에 대한 정답율은 93.0-97.1%였다. 6. 항체 선별검사의 정답율은 97.2-100%였고 동정검사의 정답율은 80.0-100%였다.
