자궁경부암에서 Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen(PCNA)의 발현 -예후 및 병리조직학적 소견과의 상관관계-

Abstract

Proliterating cell nuclear antigne(PCNA) immunostaining has been performed on 29 primary cervical cancers and related to various clinico-pathologic features of the disease, and chemoresponsiveness. PCNA expression was not related to cell type, lesion size and gross appearance of tumor growing. A high level of PCNA staububg was detected in complete response group than partial and no recurrence group than recurrence group but this was not significant also. So PCNA labelling index by immunostaining in primay cerical cancer sere not rela ted to clinicopathologic features of cancer, chemosenitiveity and patients prognosis.
