저자들은 64세된 남자환자가 9년전 개흉술후 심낭 및 횡격신경을 침범하는 침윤성 흉선종으로 확인되어 흉선절 제와 4,500cGy의 방사선조사를 실시하였고, 2년뒤 흉선종 의 재발근거가 없는 상태에서 중증근무력증이 발생하였 고, 9년뒤 현기증 및 노작성 호흡곤란을 주소로 내원하여 골수검사, 혈청 비타민 B12, 위내시경 검사 및 위액산도 검 사와 함께 항내인자항체를 검출하여 악성빈혈로 진단하 고, cy anocobalamine을 근주하여 호전된 매우 드문 예를 경험하였기에 이에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
