- Abstract
- A myopericytoma is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm composed of oval to spindle-shaped myoid
appearing cells with a striking tendency for concentric perivascular growth. The vast majority of
lesion is in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue of extremities. Very few cases have been reported in other locations. We hereby present, with a literature review, a case of myopericytoma in the
neck.
