일부 정신과 간호사의 지역사회 정신보건이념과 역할인식에 관한 조사연구

Abstract

This study was done to determine the perception level about the ideology and role in community mental health, variables influencing this perception level and the relationships between community mental health ideology and role perception. The subjects for this study were 89 psychiatric nurses. Data were collected by the means of a questionnaire from October 3rd to October 17th 1994. The questionnaire was consisted of Baker Schulberg's C.M.H.I. Scale and Baker & Howard's role perception and translated by Cha. The results of this study were reviewed in a statistical method Anova, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Manova to obtain the following the results. 1. Perception level about the ideology and the role in community mental health services shows that the score of perception level about the ideology in community mental health is lowest in the preceding results. 2. Analysis of the relationships of influencing variables to the community mental health ideology and the role perception, most variables was not significant, but those respondents whose psychiatric nursing clinical experience was group therapy had a significantly high perception level about the community mental health ideology(p＜0.05). And the educational levels shows significantly high role perception level(p＜0.05). 3. Relationships between the community mental health ideology and the role perception; The higher the perception level about the commuity mental health ideology, the higher the role perception level about the community mental health ideology(r=0.4425, p<0.001).

이 연구는 일부 정신과 간호사의 지역사회 정신보건이념과 역할인식수준을 규명하기 위해서 시도 되어졌다. 연구대상은 대구지역의 정신과 병동에서 근무하는 89명의 간호사를 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 1994년 10월 3일에서 17일까지 설문지에 의해 수집되어졌다. 설문지는 Baker Schulberg의 C.M.H.I.Scale과 Baker와 Howard의 역할인식 척도를 차영남이 번안 한 것을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 SPSS통계처리에 의해 Anova, Pearson 상관계수 및 Manova로 처리하였다. 1. 지역사회 정신보건이념 및 역할인식 수준은 선행연구에 비해 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 2. 분석 결과 대부분의 변수들은 지역사회 정신보건 이념 및 역할인식 수준에 유의한 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났고, 임상 실습에서 집단치료를 경험한 그룹은 그렇지 않은 그룹에 비해 지역사회 정신보건 이념의 수준이 유의하게 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 그리고 교육수준이 높은 집단이 그렇지 않은 그룹에 비해 역할 인식수준이 유의하게 높은것으로 나타났다. 3. 지역사회 정신보건 이념과 역할인식 수준과의 관계는 순상관의 관계로 나타났으나 유의하지는 않았다.
