진행된 키엔벡 병에서 이차적으로 발생한 신전건의 파열

Abstract

Rupture of the extensor tendon caused by a posteriorly displaced lunate fragment is an uncommon complication of Kienböck's disease. Thirteen cases have been reported in the English literatures, but it has never been reported in the Korean literatures. We report a case of rupture of the third and fourth extensor tendons secondary to advanced Kienböck's disease that was successfully treated by excision of the lunate and a tendon transfer.

전위된 월상골 골편에 의한 이차적인 수지 신전건 파열은 키엔벡 병의 드문 합병증 중의 하나이다. 현재까지 총 13예가 보고되어 있으며, 국내 문헌에서는 아직 보고된 적이 없다. 이에 저자들은 진행된 키엔벡 병에서 분절화된 월상골의 후방 전위로 인해 이차적으로 발생한 제 3, 4 수지 신전건 파열 1예를 경험하였고 월상골 제거술 및 건 이전술을 시행하여 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고 자 한다.
