한국인 염색체의 다형현상; 1, 9, 16 및 Y 염색체에 대하여

Abstract

Authers were performed C-band to investicate the polymorphism on chromosome 1, 9, 16 and Y in Korean population, healthy 42 meals and 50 females randomiy. Sizes of heterochromatic region were estimated according to the semiquantiative 5-level method of Patil and Lubs. The results are summerized as follows: Polymorphism of C-band on chromosome 1, 9 and Y was belonging significantly to the model level 2 and on chromosome 16, to the model level 1. Partial inversion or total inversion was identified only in chromosome 9 however, it was very low frequency (below 2.2%). For each chromosome pair, frequencies of larger and smaller heteromorphic chromosome 1, 9 and 16 were 29.3%, 22.8%, 21.7% respectively. Measurement of size of the pair difference on chromosome 1, 9 and 16 between male and female was not significant.

건강한 남자 42묭, 여자 50명에 대한 말초혈액 임파구의 C-band 다형현상의 결과를 요약하면 1) 정상인 (한국인)의 C-band 다형현상은 1, 9, Y 염색체에서는 lenel 2에서 가장 많이 나타나며 (82.6%, 91.3%, 85.7%), 16번 염색체에서는 level 1에 가장 높은 빈도이다(89.1%). 또한 level 4이상은 전혀 나타나지 않으며 특히 16번 염색체의 경우, level 1, 2에서만 출현하였다. 2) 역위 (PI, TI)는 9번 염색체에서만 낮은 빈도로 출현하였다. 3) 상동 염색체간의 상이한 band는 21.7%-29.3%에서 출현하였다. 4) 남·녀간의 band의 유의한 차이는 없었다.
