임신 1 삼분기에 시행한 자궁근종적출술 2예

Abstract

Uterine myoma is one of the most common pelvic mass in gynecologic field. There was spontaneous abortion, premature labor, abnormal presentation, obstructed labor, and operative bleeding in obstetric complications. We had experienced two cases of uterine myoma in pregnancy with myomectomy at IUP 15 weeks and 16 weeks respectively, and with Cesarean birth in IUP 38 weeks and 37 weeks respectively. Antenatal care of these cases had no specific complications. By reported these cases, we want to share our experiance.

저자들은 제태기간 15주 및 16주에 자궁근종절제술을 시행하고 특별한 합병증 없이 정기산전 검사 후 제태기간 38주 및 37주에 제왕절개술을 시행하여 건강한 여아 및 남아를 분만한 2예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
